Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator in Berwick, PA to run blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines and support equipment. You will follow GMPs and safety policies while keeping a clean, organized work area and documenting daily production metrics.

The role requires basic math, basic computer skills, and blow-mold experience, with a 8-hour first shift. overtime may be required based on business needs. Training on maintenance and mold systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• Blow mold experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Collaborates with team members to support a One Team Cross Functional approach.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities to drive plant change.
• Adheres to General Manufacturing Policies and safety standards.
• Inspects bottles and monitors quality during production, packaging and labeling.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on blow-mold equipment.
