  • 3D Data Interpretation: Utilize 3D dimensional tool data directly to construct, assemble, and verify tooling. Experience with VISI software is highly preferred.
  • Tool Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and remediate complex tooling issues to minimize production downtime within a dynamic, high-mix manufacturing environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and production departments to troubleshoot and resolve challenges regarding tooling performance and component quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect and validate completed tools and assemblies to guarantee strict conformance with engineering specifications and organizational quality standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all established safety protocols, operational procedures, and corporate policies while maintaining an organized work area.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional Tool Maker experience in a manufacturing environment is required; 10+ years of experience is preferred.
  • Comprehensive background in precision benching, fitting, and assembly of complex tooling systems.
