Job summary

DaikyoNishikawa USA, Inc. (DNUS) is seeking a maintenance technician to support manufacturing by repairing injection molding equipment and related systems, including material conveyance and water temperature control.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus ability to read schematics and diagrams. You will perform preventative maintenance, manage multiple projects, and assist with tooling projects and PMs on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Education as an industrial mechanic, electrician, electro-mechanical technician, or comparable experience.
• Ability to read, interpret,and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, block diagrams, ladder diagrams, and flow charts.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, PLCknowledge required.Roboticsknowledge is a plus.
• Good timemanagement skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Repair industrial equipment (injection molding, material conveyance systems, water temperature control systems) to support manufacturing processes.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform Inventory Audit for Spare Parts and Inventory control.
• Support Tooling Projects and PMs as needed.

Provide support to the manufacturing processes by repairing industrial equipment,including Injection Molding, MaterialConveyanceSystems, Water Temperature controlsystemand related systems.

Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

PerformInventory Audit for Spare Parts and Inventory

Support Tooling Projects and PMs as needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Education as an industrial mechanic, electrician, electro-mechanicaltechnician,or comparable experience.

Ability to read, interpret,and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, block diagrams, ladder diagrams, and flow charts.
