Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plastic injection molding machines and related production equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic tools, and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and equipment issues by observing machine operation and identifying the source of problems.
• Repair or replace defective components, including bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, switches, and other machine parts.
• Install, adjust, and replace machine components as needed.
• Assist with machine changeovers, plate changes, and production startups.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Use precision measuring and testing equipment, including amp meters, electrical meters, and hydraulic gauges.
• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs, changeover times, and equipment performance.
• Help reduce equipment downtime, production scrap, and quality issues through effective maintenance practices.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), personal protective equipment (PPE), and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Shift: 3pm-11pm or 7pm-7am
Pay: $31-$42/hour, based on experience and testing

Job Summary
