Phillips-Medisize is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing of injection molded parts and assembly at our medical facilities in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 2:00PM - 10:00PM) Buildings: Red Cedar and Oaklawn

Our Team

Phillips-Medisize, LLC, a Molex company, is a leading global outsource provider of design and manufacturing services to the drug delivery, consumable diagnostics, medical device, and specialty commercial markets.

What You Will Do

• Disassemble/assemble molds to troubleshoot and conduct maintenance and replacement of parts/components
• Properly clean and lubricate molds, mold bases and secondary equipment
• Properly tag molds and secondary equipment
• Duties of this job will entail:
• Lifting up to 40lbs, pushing/pulling up to 60lbs, and standing 6 - 7 hours

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Associates/Technical Degree or higher in machine tool, mechanical or maintenance field; or equivalent experience
• Experience reading blueprints
• One (1) year or more Mechanical/Troubleshooting experience

• Experience working in an injection molding manufacturing environment
