Job Store Staffing is hiring for an Injection Mold Technician to support their client in Longmont, Colorado. This direct-hire position involves maintaining molds and fixtures, ensuring they are organized and operational for production. The ideal candidate is reliable and mechanics-oriented, capable of minimizing downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position offers a pay rate starting at $25 to $33 per hour and a Monday to Friday shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

Job Store Staffing is hiring for an Injection Mold Technician to support our client in Longmont, Co. This is a Direct-Hire position responsible for maintaining molds and fixtures to ensure they are organized, fully functional, and ready for production. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. As an Injection Mold Technician, you will play a key role in minimizing downtime and keeping production running efficiently.

Pay: Starting at 25.00–33/hr

Shift: Monday‑Friday 7am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on molds per schedule
• Complete minor repairs and improvements to molds and fixtures
• Stage molds for production and sampling runs
• Document all maintenance and repair activity accurately
• Review and act on tool repair requests
• Maintain mold tagging, identification, and organized storage
• Track mold condition, location, and usage
• Communicate mold readiness with production team
• Support toolroom organization and cleanliness
