Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation is seeking a Mold Machine Operator in Columbia, PA. The role involves monitoring automatic molding machines, adjusting parameters, and ensuring products meet specifications with precise measurement checks.

You will handle pattern placement, dies, and clamping, supporting efficient production in a hands-on onsite environment. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining awareness of surroundings.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to use both hands and feet up to 10 hours per day.
• Constant awareness of surroundings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Observe continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure products meet specifications.
• Inspect products using precision measuring instruments for surface and dimensional defects.
• Move and position work pieces using cranes or signal others to move pieces.
• Position patterns and clamp sections together inside mold areas.
• Set up and operate molding/casting equipment to shape parts.
• Control machine parameters (pressure, temperature, speed) and cycle times.
• Remove finished products and stamp identifying information as needed.
