Job summary

Cold Spring Granite is seeking a Mold Line Operator to participate in a 10-job rotation on a paced production line to create quality sand castings for memorial plates. The role involves assembling pattern components, monitoring the spraying booth, and ensuring work orders are met.

You will adjust sand machinery for mold size, record operations in the JDE system, and perform sand leveling to ensure even distribution. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

• Using the strike-off board to move sand back and forth, filling all gaps and striking any excess sand off of the mold
• Operating the sand machine to fan thin layers of sand
• Forming and shaping sprue on the cope side of the mold

Monday – Thursday: 5:00am – 2:00pm & Friday: 5:00am – 11:00am; overtime as needed
