Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a two-year associate degree (science) or equivalent experience.
• Desirable Six Sigma yellow belt or higher certification.
• Experience with plastics processing, injection molding, or laboratory testing preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce molded test specimens using injection molding machines.
• Perform physical and thermal testing per ASTM/ISO procedures and internal lab procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation; ensure data accuracy and traceability.
• Verify specimen identification and maintain sample traceability throughout testing.
• Conduct equipment verification, preventive maintenance, and calibration checks.
