• Operate laboratory instrumentation with safety and accuracy; document in real time.
• Support IATF 16949 quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain laboratory organization and cleanliness to ensure efficient workflows.
• Analyze injection molding samples to identify deviations and ensure quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot material issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive material testing including Tensile, Impact, DSC, Moisture, Melt Index, Density, and Ash analysis to validate product specifications.
• Operate laboratory instrumentation with a focus on safety and accuracy, ensuring all documentation is completed in real-time.
• Support the Quality Management team in the implementation and maintenance of IATF 16949 quality initiatives.
• Maintain a high standard of laboratory organization and cleanliness to facilitate efficient testing workflows.
• Analyze injection molding samples to identify deviations and ensure adherence to established quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot material issues and improve overall process reliability.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality control or laboratory technician role.
• Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding processes and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple testing protocols simultaneously.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate technical documentation and laboratory records.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working within the polymer or plastic extrusion industry.
• Working knowledge of ISO or IATF 16949:2016 quality management systems.
• Technical understanding of polymer material properties and testing methodologies.
