Kruger Family Industries is seeking a Mold & Fixture Technician to plan, machine, assemble, and repair molds and fixtures used in manufacturing. You will read blueprints, set up and operate milling machines, drills, welders, and related tools while maintaining quality records.
The role requires a one-year technical certificate and 2–3 years of related experience; forklift operation and ERP familiarity are a plus.

The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The production area temperatures can fluctuate significantly based on the time of year. The noise levels can be moderate to loud. The use of hearing protection and safety eyewear is required while on production floor. The use of additional specific safety equipment may be required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration.
Must have the ability to work all shift schedules, periodic overtime and be available for periodic weekend work. Has on‑call duties and may be required to stay longer than a standard shift due to production machine downtime. Associates are required to assist with providing cover for other Mold & Fixture technicians when on PTO.
