Uniloy INC is seeking a Mold Design Engineer to analyze OSS and CNs, execute the design, and provide daily progress updates to the Mold Design Engineering Working Lead. The role ensures production releases meet cost, quality, and timing targets.

Candidates should have mold design experience, proficiency in SolidWorks and 3DX, and strong communication across quality and purchasing teams during development, production, and sustaining phases.

Qualifications

• Proven track record solving complex technical issues.
• Experience with SolidWorks and 3DX.
• Experience with mechanical analysis and tolerance/fit analysis.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs molds and performs basic design reviews of molds for blow molding.
• Interact with quality and purchasing to meet standards and deadlines.
• Maintains currency with respect to technical skills by attending training classes.
• Provide daily update to Mold Design Engineering Working Lead.
• Establish timing plans to execute assigned orders and projects.
