Qualifications

• Mid-level mold design experience.
• Experience reviewing mold designs for blow molding.
• Collaborates with quality and purchasing to meet standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Designs molds and performs basic design reviews of molds for blow molding.
• Interacts with quality department and purchasing department, ensuring quality standards and delivery deadlines are met.
• Maintains currency with respect to technical skills by attending training classes and special technical courses as needed.
• Provide daily update to Mold Design Engineering Working Lead.
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, drive closure on open requirements, and verify requirements are satisfied.
• Identify risks, document, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate.
• Establish timing plans to execute assigned orders and projects.
