Job summary

Regency Specialties in the Phoenix metropolitan area is seeking a fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon to join our physician-owned multispecialty practice. You will work within a collaborative team spanning dermatology, Mohs surgery, and reconstructive surgery to deliver comprehensive skin cancer care.

Opportunity to shape a premier skin cancer program with autonomy and strong internal collaboration, including in-house pathology support and an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology.
• Fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Strong clinical and surgical judgment.
• Collaborative approach within a multispecialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mohs and procedural dermatology within a multispecialty practice.
• Collaborate with PA and Plastic Surgery for complex cases.
• Maintain high-quality patient care and efficient workflows.
• Support referral networks and community dermatologic access.
• Engage in practice growth and program development.

Education

Board certification or board-eligible in Dermatology
