Regency Specialties, a rapidly growing, physician-owned multispecialty practice serving the Phoenix metropolitan area, seeks a fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon to join our skin cancer program.

You'll work in a true multispecialty model with in-house pathology and reconstructive surgery support, collaborating with dermatology, plastic surgery, and dermatopathology to deliver excellent patient care. Flexible schedule and long-term growth await in Phoenix's dynamic community.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.

Regency Specialties is a rapidly growing, physician-owned and physician-led multispecialty practice serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our integrated model brings together Dermatology, Mohs Surgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Dermatopathology, and Ambulatory Surgery to provide comprehensive care within a collaborative physician environment.

We are seeking an exceptional fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon to join our team and help continue the growth of our skin cancer program.

Position Highlights

• Mohs and procedural dermatology-focused practice

• An established team of experienced Physician Assistants provides routine medical dermatology care, creating a strong internal referral pathway for skin cancers, complex medical dermatology, and procedural cases

• Practice structure designed to allow physicians to work at the top of their training while expanding access to dermatologic care within the community

• PA and Plastic Surgery overnight call coverage from day one

• Complex reconstructions can be seamlessly referred to our in-house Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery team, allowing the Mohs surgeon to remain focused on surgery and patient flow

• Surgeons who prefer to perform their own complex reconstructions are encouraged to do so

• Efficient clinical workflows designed around quality, productivity, and physician experience

• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
