Regency Specialties invites a fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon to join its rapidly growing, physician-owned dermato-surgical team in the Phoenix metro area. The role integrates Mohs, dermatology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and dermatopathology to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Fellowship-trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery
• Commitment to exceptional, patient-centered care
• Strong clinical and surgical judgment
• Collegial approach and interest in practicing within a collaborative multispecialty environment

Responsibilities

• Mohs and procedural dermatology-focused practice
• PA and Plastic Surgery overnight call coverage from day one
• Complex reconstructions referred to in-house, allowing focus on surgery and patient flow
• Surgeons encouraged to perform their own complex reconstructions
• Efficient clinical workflows designed around quality and productivity
