Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a medical office as a medical assistant.
• Prior dermatology and surgical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 terminology.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in preparing for exams.
• Enter medical histories and prescriptions into EMR.
• Assist physician during dermatology procedures.
• Prepare and collect path/lab specimens.
• Educate patients and respond to questions in person or by phone.
