Job summary

Intel is seeking a Module Equipment Technician to support Advanced Packaging Technology Development - Substrate and Wafer Assembly. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on complex equipment in a cleanroom setting, ensuring high uptime and process reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
• Capable of performing hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and calibration in a cleanroom environment.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical diagnostics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in manufacturing equipment.
• Perform equipment setup, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance (wet chemistry, plating, and dry high-vacuum toolsets).
• Analyze tool performance data to identify reliability issues and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to enhance equipment functionality and processes.
• Document maintenance activities, repair findings, and parts usage using established systems.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects such as root cause analysis and equipment optimization.
• Operate in a cleanroom environment with proper attire and safety protocols.
