Job summary

Intel Corporation in Chandler, Arizona seeks an OTF Module Engineer to own one or more 300mm toolsets, drive MOR availability, and sustain high-volume manufacturing performance. The role includes developing process modules, leading tool installations, and supporting new factory startups.

The successful candidate will work in a high-performance team, apply statistics for process improvement, and ensure safety and cleanliness of their area. Some shifts may be required to support toolset needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or related STEM field with 1+ years of experience.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or related STEM field with 6+ months of experience.
• Experience in technology manufacturing environments and high-volume manufacturing ramps/transfers.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals and milestones for new technology process.
• Establish flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.
• Develop material and equipment for the process to meet quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity and manufacturability requirements.
• Plan and conduct experiments to characterize the process throughout development.
• Drive improvements in quality, yield, reliability, and safety across variables.
• Establish process control systems for the module and sustain through volume ramp.
• Lead tool installations, conversions, qualifications, and startup support in new factories.
