Job summary

West Marine is seeking a Warehouse Crew Member in Rock Hill, SC to accurately select, pack, and ship products per modular specifications.

You will use RF scanners, perform inventory checks, and maintain a clean, safe work area while upholding quality standards.

Experience in receiving or warehouse settings preferred; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while handling shipments.
• Product Selection & Accuracy: Select products per modular instructions and customer requirements; use RF scanners to track movement.
• WCF Order Fulfillment: Selecting and packing product for online and customer orders.
• Inventory Control & Communication: Report shortages, damages, or mis-picks; assist with inventory audits.
• Quality Control: Inspect goods for damages, report issues, and process returns.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education
