Creative Modular Construction LLC in Springfield, MO is hiring Commercial Tile & Brick Layers to install tile, brick, block and masonry in modular commercial buildings, including restaurants, retail spaces, offices and schools. This full-time role emphasizes quality craftsmanship in a factory‑controlled environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and starting pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience installing tile, brick, and masonry in commercial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specs.
• Capable of surface prep and applying mortar or adhesives.

Responsibilities

• Install ceramic, porcelain, stone tile on floors and walls.
• Lay brick, block, and masonry per specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by measuring, leveling, and mortar application.
• Cut and fit tiles and masonry materials with tools.
• Apply grout and sealants for finished work.
• Read blueprints and follow construction layouts.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure standards.
• Coordinate with framing, plumbing, electrical, and finish teams.
