Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Revit Designer to support the development of modular projects.

The role focuses on creating, updating, and coordinating 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit to support design development, coordination, fabrication, and field installation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, project managers, engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, schedules, and codes.
• Experience coordinating architectural models with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural Revit models for modular, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Produce drawings, layouts, details, schedules, sections, elevations, and documents from Revit models.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design disciplines for model accuracy.
• Review and resolve model conflicts and coordination issues during design and documentation.
• Maintain revision and document control for drawings and models.
