Bevyhouse is looking for an Architectural Project Manager to join their design team in Ventura, California. This role focuses on leading small project teams for modular prefabricated homes from design to installation, collaborating closely with clients and ensuring projects meet standards.

Successful candidates should have 5-12 years of experience, a degree in Architecture, and proficiency in Revit. Flexible hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5-12 years of relevant post-academic, professional experience.
• Experience leading all phases of residential projects – from SD through CA.
• Experience developing MEP drawings and coordinating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Create architectural designs from initial schematics through detailed drawing sets.
• Lead coordination efforts with external architects and project consultants.
