Qualifications

• 5-12 years of relevant post-academic, professional experience.
• Experience leading all phases of residential projects from SD through CA.
• Experience developing MEP drawings and coordinating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create architectural designs from initial schematics to detailed drawings.
• Lead coordination efforts with external architects and engineers.
