Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience working within a Quality organization preferred.
• Home Inspection experience would be a big plus!
• Experience with Construction: familiarity with building materials, wood construction practices and quality finished building products
• Know how to use computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint to make reports.
• Knowledge of fractions, decimals and metric conversions using a calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints / shop drawings (GD&T experience a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present to management.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect modular building structures from framing to finish in a manufacturing setting.
• Coordinate inspections with area Supervisor across construction stages.
• Ensure teams follow approved documents and specifications for quality.
