Job summary

BoxHouse, a factory-built housing company, is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure our products meet all applicable standards from raw materials to finished homes. You will serve as the main contact with certifying agencies and regulatory bodies throughout the certification process, reviewing materials and construction methods for compliance.

This role is based at our headquarters in St. George, Utah, with in-person work highly preferred; remote consideration may be possible for the right

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in modular and/or mobile home manufacturing.
• Background in compliance, certification, or quality assurance within manufactured housing preferred.
• Comfortable working directly with certifying agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product and materials meet all relevant compliance and certification standards.
• Work directly with certifying agencies on approvals for the overall product and individual components.
• Review materials and construction methods for compliance risk.
• Maintain documentation and records to support certification and audits.
• Stay current on modular and mobile home code and certification requirements.
• Flag and resolve compliance issues before they affect production or delivery.
