Job summary

BoxHouse, a factory-built housing company, is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure our products meet all applicable standards from raw materials to finished homes. You will serve as the main contact with certifying agencies and regulatory bodies throughout the certification process, reviewing materials and construction methods for compliance.

This role is based at our headquarters in St. George, Utah, with in-person work highly preferred; remote consideration may be possible for the right

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in modular and/or mobile home manufacturing.
• Background in compliance, certification, or quality assurance within manufactured housing preferred.
• Comfortable working directly with certifying agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance workstreams.

Responsibilities

The Role

We're looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure our product meets all applicable standards, from individual materials to the finished home. You'll work directly with certifying agencies throughout the process, serving as our point of contact on compliance matters for both components and the overall product.

This role is based at our headquarters in St. George, Utah, and in-person is highly preferred. Remote may be considered depending on the candidate's credentials and experience.
