Job summary

BoxHouse is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure our modular and factory-built homes meet all applicable standards and certifications. You will liaise with certifying agencies for both components and the finished product at our St. George, Utah headquarters.

This role emphasizes hands-on compliance, with in-person collaboration preferred and potential for remote consideration based on credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in modular and/or mobile home manufacturing.
• Background in compliance, certification, or quality assurance within manufactured housing preferred.
• Comfortable working directly with certifying agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Review materials and construction methods for compliance risk.
• Maintain documentation and records to support certification and audits.

The Role

We're looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure our product meets all applicable standards, from individual materials to the finished home. You'll work directly with certifying agencies throughout the process, serving as our point of contact on compliance matters for both components and the overall product.

This role is based at our headquarters in St. George, Utah, and in-person is highly preferred. Remote may be considered depending on the candidate's credentials and experience.
