Epsilon is seeking a hands-on Machinist/Fabricator to join our Alabama shop. The role focuses on reading drawings, cutting metal stock with a band saw, and using hoists, forklifts, and hand tools to prepare parts for assembly.

You will work in a safety‑first environment and contribute to timely production with accurate measurements. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of industrial experience, the ability to operate cranes and powered equipment, and a collaborative mindset to support cross‑training

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and drawings.
• 1+ years of industrial experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate an industrial powered forklift.
• Experience with overhead cranes and hand tools.
• Good time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate band saw to cut metal stock.
• Read cut sheets and drawings for specifications.
• Move stock with hoists and forklifts.
• Record cuts and scrap on drawings.
• Ensure measurement accuracy using tape measure.
• Label and stage cut pieces.
• Willing to cross-train and perform other tasks.
