Job summary

Fluidstack in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and integrate modular data center power systems from concept through released drawings. You will own power distribution, grounding, and controls interfaces, and ensure drawings are production-ready.

You will drive first-article builds, coordinate with mechanical and structural teams, and enable efficient factory-to-field handoffs while maintaining strict configuration control.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical design experience for complex products such as modular data centers.
• Ability to design for factory install and field connection with minimal hand-holding.
• Experience coordinating across electrical, mechanical and structural disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for modular data center products from concept through released drawings.
• Own one-lines, panel schedules, and raceway/cable design per factory standards.
• Resolve integration issues where electrical meets structure and mechanical.
• Provide factory and field support, answering RFIs and incorporating fixes in revisions.
• Lead prototyping and validation through mockups and first-article reviews in person.
