Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath seeks a Construction Technician (Finance) to support the upkeep and remodeling of modular offices and classrooms at customer sites. Expect work with hand and power tools, light electrical and plumbing tasks, and general maintenance of facilities.

The role requires physical activity, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions. DailyPay and comprehensive benefits are among the perks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction or maintenance experience.
• Ability and desire to learn new things and be coachable.
• Able to work outside in variable weather conditions.
• Ability to use both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelines.
• Ability to follow spoken and written instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Produce high-quality work that meets company standards.
• Ability to measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Install structures or fixtures per plan, using hand or power tools.
• Perform maintenance, repairs and construction in plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, electrical work.
• Remodel or modify modular buildings as needed.
• Demolish, replace or construct walls incl. framing and drywall.
• Light electrical: bulbs, wiring, switches and outlets.
• Light plumbing: install or remodel pipes and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of modular buildings and yards.
• Assist with LEAN and 5S is applied in planning.
