Job summary

Mission Critical Group (MCG), an end-to-end power systems provider, seeks a Construction Superintendent in Belle Chasse, LA. You will direct all workshop fabrication, painting, and yard assembly, coordinating multiple trades to meet schedules and safety standards.

You will report to the GM and bridge operations between project managers and foremen, ensuring on-time delivery of modular PDC buildings and strict adherence to OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 8+ years supervising multi-trade industrial fabrication or modular building assembly.
• Ability to read complex industrial prints and electrical routing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and balance timelines of five specialized trade foremen to optimize throughput and meet completion dates.
• Allocate labor, workshop space, staging bays, and cranes across project cells based on schedules.
• Collaborate with Design Support to resolve discrepancies and complex yard assembly issues.
• Lead safety culture and ensure OSHA standards compliance; pass code inspections.
