Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the field execution of modular building installations, modifications, relocations, and demobilizations across customer job sites. This on-site role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and per project drawings and schedules.

You will work closely with Construction Managers, Branch Operations, Design Services, Logistics, and subcontracted trades to maintain daily safety, vendor oversight, and accurate reporting for successful project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, field operations, or modular installation.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and construction site safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, installation plans, and site layouts.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active job sites in fast paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field execution of modular building installations across customer sites.
• Ensure safety, schedule alignment, and quality with project drawings.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers, branches, logistics, and trades.
• Provide daily progress updates and report issues in real time.
• Manage onsite materials and demobilization at project completion.
• Support troubleshooting and plan adjustments as needed.
