Job summary

ELA Container GmbH, a family‑run modular construction specialist, seeks a proactive project administrator to support scheduling, documentation, and flow of information on large projects.

You will maintain project files, logs, and reports; coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors; and handle partial and final invoices using MS Office and ERP systems in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or technical training with further commercial education.
• Initial project management experience in construction, skilled trades, or rental.
• Strong MS Office skills and ERP-system experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; work well under pressure.
• Very good German; English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and management of modular construction projects from order to handover.
• Monitor delivery dates and coordinate assembly teams and subcontractors.
• Create and maintain project files, logs, acceptance reports, and defect lists.
• Serve as central contact for internal departments and external partners.
• Prepare partial and final invoices and check invoices from subcontractors.
