Samara Living Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Manager to own field program performance across all Northern California projects, combining self-perform crews and subcontracted trades in a hybrid delivery model.

This portfolio role emphasizes standards, sequencing, and accountability while coordinating with the Director of Construction. You will directly manage Northern California Superintendent(s), drive safety, schedule adherence, and client communication, ensuring quality and on-time

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction management experience in multi-site portfolio settings.
• Modular/volumetric construction experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent client-facing communication and documentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/sites with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own field program performance across all active NorCal projects—schedule, quality, safety.
• Directly manage NorCal Superintendent(s)—set expectations and priorities.
• Set and enforce field execution standards and sequencing across projects.
• Serve as primary client-facing lead for NorCal projects and schedule updates.
• Act as operational proxy to Director of Construction for install and field management.
• Direct project-level execution through Superintendents and hold portfolio-wide accountability.
