Job summary

Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence, is expanding its Enterprise Modernization team with a Modernization Specialist focused on Oracle ecosystems. You will architect the Process Intelligence layer for Oracle EBS, Fusion, PeopleSoft, and JDE migrations, unlocking cloud adoption and AI integration at scale.

You will partner with Oracle teams, Business Apps, and value engineers to define technical solutions and sales plays, turning insights into autonomous actions on OCI.

Qualifications

• Experience with Celonis Process Intelligence Graph and Studio.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS/Fusion/PeopleSoft/JDE and OCI stack.
• Understanding of AI Agents and Generative AI concepts.
• Ability to translate market trends into high-value business outcomes.
• Experience in technical pre-sales or solution engineering is a plus.
• Exposure to large-scale ERP/Business Transformations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Pursuits: Own the technical narrative in strategic Oracle sales cycles and prove Process Intelligence as a prerequisite for Fusion migrations.
• Supercharge Migrations: Develop migration blueprints that leverage Celonis to de-risk and accelerate Oracle migrations to Fusion.
• Industrialize Enterprise AI: Productize joint use cases infusing Oracle AI Agents with Celonis context and OCI actions.
• Enable the Field: Collaborate with Oracle teams to build repeatable solution plays for Cloud adoption and expansion.
• Activate the Partnership: Execute enablement strategies with Oracle NAM GTM to broaden Celonis adoption.

The Opportunity

As a Modernization Specialist, you will architect the Process Intelligence layer for the world’s most critical Oracle (EBS, Fusion, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards) ecosystems. With over 4,000 customers yet to migrate to the Cloud, Oracle and the Celonis x Oracle Partnership represents an untapped market of immense potential and exposure. The stakes increase even more when you consider those customers working through adopting Oracle AI and OCI.

You will have the agency to define and deliver the technical solutions and sales plays that supercharge Oracle Cloud ERP migrations and industrialize Enterprise AI for Oracle customers already on the Cloud. This isn’t a traditional pre-sales role; it is an entrepreneurial mandate to prove that Celonis provides the essential business context to fast-track cloud migrations and accelerate AI adoption.

The Team

You will join a high-impact team, led by the Global Head of Enterprise Modernization and reporting into the SVP, Global Customer Transformation. Operating with high autonomy, you will work hand-in-hand with Business Apps, Partner Sales, Value Engineers, AEs, and Oracle stakeholders to serve as the solutions arm for our most strategic joint pursuits of Oracle customers.

The Skillset

• Comfortability with Celonis Process Intelligence Graph, Objects and Events, Knowledge Models and Studio and/or process intelligence in general
• Understanding and exposure in the Oracle technology ecosystem, from legacy systems (EBS, Fusion, Peoplesoft, JDE), Industry Apps (e.g. Primavera, Retail, Micros etc.) to the modern Oracle Fusion SaaS and OCI stack (e.g. AI Agent Studio, AI Data Platform etc.).
• Practical understanding of AI Agents, Generative AI, and common AI integration patterns. You can articulate how context powers Enterprise AI agents.
• Proven agency to build and champion solution blueprints from scratch—translating market trends and technology advancements into high-value business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience working within technical pre-sales or solution engineering roles is a plus.
• Exposure to large-scale ERP / Business Transformations is a plus.

The Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Pursuits: Own the technical narrative in strategic Oracle sales cycles, proving to Oracle customers that Process Intelligence is the prerequisite for a successful Fusion migration and an AI-First enterprise.
• Supercharge Migrations: Partner with Business Apps to develop and deploy migration solution blueprints that use Celonis to de-risk, accelerate, and validate migrations from legacy Oracle environments to Oracle Fusion.
• Industrialize Enterprise AI: Architect and productize joint use cases that infuse Oracle AI Agents with real-time Celonis process context, turning passive insights into autonomous actions on OCI.
• Enable the Field: Partner with Oracle dedicated teams to build a repeatable solution playbook that positions Celonis as a critical accelerant for Oracle Cloud adoption and expansion.
• Activate the Partnership: Work with Oracle Activation team to execute against enablement strategies to bring Celonis across the Oracle NAM GTM organization.
