Qualifications

• LEVEL 2 requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience; LEVEL 3 requires a Master's degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with DoW data security and compliance requirements (e.g., FISMA, NIST) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Modernization Data Analyst to support the Department of War (DoW) Chief Information Officer (CIO).

We are seeking a skilled Modernization Data Analyst to support DoW CIO through their IT Modernization effort. This IT transformation is foundational to building a more lethal and ready Joint Force capable of operating in contested environments, which is essential for facing and deterring current and future threats.

This position requires a SECRET level security clearance and will work onsite in Arlington, VA.

Salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set, while also considering internal equity and market competitiveness.

LEVEL 2 - $73,025 - $104,321

LEVEL 3 - $94,520 - $135,028

Essential Job Responsibilities
