Job summary

FMC is seeking a full-time worship leader to guide its modern worship ministry and report to the Lead Pastor. You will lead weekly services, coordinate production, and mentor musicians.

This role requires 40+ hours per week, including Sundays, and supports multiple campus ministries. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of church worship leadership experience, strong musical and leadership abilities, and comfort with technology in a ministry context.

Qualifications

• Experienced worship leader/instrumentalist with strong musical, leadership, organizational, theological, and technology skills.
• Preferably 2+ years of church staff/worship leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan weekly modern worship, Daybreak, Night of Worship, and StudentLife services.
• Lead, schedule, train, recruit, and disciple worship musicians and vocalists.
• Coordinate music, rehearsals, stage/production, and Creative Services.
• Manage the modern worship budget, equipment, licensing, and related resources.
• Collaborate with pastors, staff, and the Traditional Worship Director.
• Support other FMC campuses and ministries as needed.
