Job summary

Trinity Sartin seeks a full-time ministry leader to head FMC’s traditional worship ministry, reporting to the Lead Pastor. You will lead traditional worship services, choirs, ensembles, and musicians while planning worship around Scripture and the church calendar.

You’ll recruit and develop volunteers, oversee rehearsals, scheduling, budget, and licensing to maintain musical excellence. Ideal candidate has strong conducting, leadership, organizational and relational skills and can collaborate

Qualifications

• Experienced traditional worship/music leader with conducting, leadership, organizational and relational skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, disciple and develop volunteers and musicians.
• Experience leading traditional worship services with choirs and ensembles.

Job description

Full-time ministry leadership role responsible forleading FMC’s traditional worship ministry, reporting to the Lead Pastor.

Ideal candidate:Experienced traditional worship/music leader with strong conducting, leadership, organizational, and relational skills.

Compensation:$60,000–$70,000/year, full-time (40+ hours/week including Sundays).
