Job summary

The ideal candidate will lead support operations, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with vendors to ensure SLA performance and secure, compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Hands-on Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of EMS and security/compliance within Microsoft 365.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
