Job summary

Nationally Recognized Nonprofit in Miami, FL seeks a mid-level Microsoft Network & Systems Administrator to steward modern Microsoft infrastructure. The role focuses on Intune, Entra ID, M365, SharePoint, and Teams within a hybrid environment.

You'll deploy and manage device policies, safeguard identity, and optimize licensing and security across the tenant, ensuring reliable operation for mission-driven programs nationwide. On-site, full-time with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years administering Microsoft environments.
• Hands-on Intune device and app management.
• Strong Active Directory and Entra ID experience (hybrid identity, conditional access, MFA).
• Microsoft 365 tenant administration — Exchange, licensing, security & compliance.
• SharePoint site and permissions administration is a plus.
• Teams administration and policy management is a plus.
• Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Management: Deploy, configure, and manage devices on a cloud-first platform with policy and app deployments.
• Identity & Access: Manage hybrid AD/Entra environment, including conditional access and MFA.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Maintain tenant health, licensing, and security policies.
• SharePoint Administration: Structure sites, permissions, and governance for secure content.
• Microsoft Teams: Manage policies, channels, and integrations for a distributed team.
• Microsoft Applications Management: Updates, integrations, license optimization, evaluate new tools for nonprofits.
