Are you the person everyone turns to when Microsoft 365 gets complex? Maybe you have not officially held the title of Architect yet, but you have been doing the work — owning the technical decisions, guiding others, solving the hard problems, and keeping customers moving forward. If you are ready to take true ownership, be recognized for the value you bring, and step into the next stage of your career, we want to talk to you!
Inviso's Microsoft Solutions Group is growing fast, and we are seeking a Modern Work Architect who can see the complete M365 landscape, articulate it clearly to customers, and then build it. This role is for someone who owns the engagement end-to-end — discovery, design, deployment, and adoption — without waiting to be told what to do next. A well-governed, secure M365 foundation is also the prerequisite for AI adoption at scale — and helping customers get there is central to what this practice does.
You’ll lead complex engagements for mid-market and enterprise customers across Commercial and Public Sector, working independently within the M365 stack. You’ll also support technical presales activities and contribute to proposals and statements of work.
Success is measured by delivery excellence, customer satisfaction scores, and personal utilization and revenue targets. You own your work, your numbers, and your customers' outcomes.
