Job summary

Nationally Recognized Nonprofit in Miami, FL seeks a mid-level Microsoft Network & Systems Administrator to steward modern Microsoft infrastructure. The role focuses on Intune, Entra ID, M365, SharePoint, and Teams within a hybrid environment.

You'll deploy and manage device policies, safeguard identity, and optimize licensing and security across the tenant, ensuring reliable operation for mission-driven programs nationwide. On-site, full-time with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years administering Microsoft environments.
• Hands-on Intune device and app management.
• Strong Active Directory and Entra ID experience (hybrid identity, conditional access, MFA).
• Microsoft 365 tenant administration — Exchange, licensing, security & compliance.
• SharePoint site and permissions administration is a plus.
• Teams administration and policy management is a plus.
• Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, TCP/IP.

What You'll Own

Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune) Deploy, configure, and manage devices on a modern, cloud-first platform. Build compliance policies, app deployments, and configuration profiles across the fleet.

Identity & Access (Active Directory + Entra ID) Manage identity across a hybrid AD/Entra environment — conditional access, MFA enforcement, and the full identity lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Microsoft 365 Administration Own tenant health, Exchange Online, licensing, and security policies on current M365 tooling.

SharePoint Administration Structure sites, permissions, and governance so mission-critical content stays organized, secure, and findable.

Microsoft Teams Manage policies, channels, and integrations that keep a distributed, mission-driven team connected.

Microsoft Applications Management Be the go-to for the broader Microsoft ecosystem — updates, integrations, license optimization, and evaluating the new tools Microsoft releases to nonprofits first.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years administering Microsoft environments
