Job summary

True Precision Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide moderate sedation during outpatient procedures in Phoenix, AZ. You will assess patients, prepare them for sedation, administer medications, and monitor during the procedure with a focus on safety and recovery.

The ideal candidate holds an AZ RN license, BLS/ACLS, at least two years of relevant experience, and proficiency with IV access, airway management, and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license and active nursing practice required.
• Two years of recent moderate sedation or procedural nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with IV placement and airway management.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-procedure nursing assessments and document findings.
• Administer moderate-sedation medications per orders.
• Monitor respiratory status, vitals, and patient response throughout procedures.
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and discharge.
• Identify sedation risks and communicate with the procedural team.
• Maintain records of medications, dosages, and observations.
• Ensure equipment readiness and emergency readiness.
