GPRS is seeking a Modeling Technician to transform field-captured data, including laser-scanned point clouds, into accurate 3D BIM models for clients. You will perform QA/QC on internal and vendor models and support project delivery through collaboration and documentation.
The role requires proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, and a detail-oriented, team-first approach to ensure client-ready deliverables across projects and timelines.
The Modeling Technician plays a key role in transforming field-captured data, including point clouds from laser scanning, into accurate and high-quality digital models for our clients. This position is responsible for producing 3D models from scans provided by GPRS Project Managers, performing detailed QA/QC of internal and vendor-created models, and supporting project delivery through technical collaboration and documentation. The ideal candidate will combine strong modeling skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to ensure consistent, client-ready deliverables.
