Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Radar Modeling Simulation & Analysis Systems Engineer in Baltimore, MD to accelerate the delivery of capabilities through advanced models and simulations of platforms, sensors, and weapons. You will apply MS&A techniques, integrate with flight software, and analyze lab or flight test data to verify performance against requirements.

The role requires C/C++, Python, MATLAB experience, and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience or Master’s with 0 years.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP access.
• Experience with C/C++, Python, and Linux/Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop models and simulations of platforms, sensors, weapons, and their interactions with the environment.
• Apply modeling, simulation, experimentation, and analysis techniques to evaluate system performance.
• Integrate MS&A with flight software and analyze test data for validation and verification.
• Produce publication-quality reports to support VVA and stakeholder reviews.
