IDS is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Support Lead to support mission training and exercise requirements through the development of modeling, simulation, terrain, and media products. The selected candidate will provide leadership for simulation activities, support virtual and constructive simulation environments, and oversee terrain and media development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• In-depth knowledge of Army Modeling and Simulation concepts.
• Experience with virtual/constructive simulations is required.
• Leadership and supervision experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead modeling and simulation activities for mission training and exercises.
• Oversee terrain and media development efforts.
• Support virtual and constructive simulation environments.
• Edit videos and author simulation-specific scenarios.
