Job summary

IDS International, based near Fort Bragg, NC, seeks a Modeling and Simulation Support Lead to guide simulation activities for mission training and exercises. You will oversee terrain and media development and lead a team delivering virtual and constructive simulations, including video editing and scenario authoring.

A Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required, with strong leadership skills and two years of hands-on simulation experience.

Qualifications

Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree.
In-depth knowledge of Army Modeling and Simulation concepts.
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Terra Vista Dart or equivalent Terrain Creation/Authoring Suite.
Effective leadership and supervisory skills.
Experience supervising personnel.
Two years of experience with virtual and constructive computer simulations, video editing, and authoring of specific simulation scenarios.

Responsibilities

Support Army modeling and simulation activities.
Utilize Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Terra Vista Dart or equivalent terrain creation/authoring software.
Support virtual and constructive computer simulations.
Perform video editing and author simulation-specific scenarios.
Provide leadership and supervision of simulation support personnel.
