Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s; or a PhD.
Technical background in Full-Stack Software Development, Modeling & Simulation, and/or DevSecOps.
Knowledge of full-stack development, Agile methodologies, and software development practices.
Active Secret U.S. Government clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI; US citizenship.
On-site commitment: minimum 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

Leverage modeling, simulation, and software engineering to develop, integrate, assess, and analyze modern capabilities.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement changes, and deliver optimized performance.
Identify program risks and opportunities; establish goals and guidance for sponsor outcomes.
Establish strong relationships with sponsor organizations and external collaborators.
