Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team seeks a Modeling and Simulation Engineer in Chantilly, VA to support intelligence and national security missions. The role focuses on satellite relevancy, SIGINT system analysis, and architecture assessments across DoD and IC domains.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and 5+ years IC experience. Proficiency in MATLAB or Python is expected to develop, validate, and integrate modeling

Qualifications

• Must possess a current/active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years IC experience.
• Knowledge of satellite relevancy to DoD/IC missions.
• Experience in Matlab, Python or similar.

Responsibilities

• Supports mission analysis assessments for the Program Office.
• Coordinates assessments of architecture impacts with the Enterprise and Program Office.
• Manages development, test, and validation of systems assessment methodologies and tools (STK, SOAP, MATLAB).
• Performs analysis of space systems, performance metrics, timelines, and models.
• Identifies and documents issues impacting spacecraft and ground systems through objective analysis.
